Do you remember when I said earlier that mother nature cheats? Well she did! It has been much sunnier today across the central plains than we expected. Good right? Well sorta.... this has led to increased convection today coupled with the already unstable environment across much of missouri. This combination will be favorable for the possibility of strong storms this evening. The possibility of a brief tornado or two is now present in western Missouri. Please be weather aware as this event unfolds later this afternoon. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best! Preparedness saves lives!
