It's looking like this system is going to hold together as it comes across the area. High winds and hail are still the main threats, but a few isolated tornadic events won't be out of the question. I'm expecting a long line of supercells to form mid-morning to the west of us and move into the area before lunch. Most of the storms look to be over with by the late afternoon. THIS EVENT WILL NEED TO BE WATCHED CLOSELY AS IT WILL OCCUR DURING SCHOOL HOURS. That being said everyone please be weather aware as this storm moves through the area. Get storm shelters ready in the event they are needed. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. PREPAREDNESS SAVES LIVES.
